1. My reports do not show my company logo and company details. What should I do?

Update the logo and company details in the Report Settings Update the company logo and details in the Organization Settings Ask your MSP to configure it in the backend This feature is not supported

2. I purchased EDAO Guard with EDR/MDR support. Which agent should I install?

The default agents supported by EDAO Guard SentinelOne agent only Keep the default configuration and install the SentinelOne agent on top It doesn’t matter — all agents support the EDR/MDR service

3. Which cloud data are supported?

Only Microsoft 365 Google workspace, Microsoft 365, and AWS Google workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack Only private cloud services are supported
